Return and Refund Policies

At Magic Geekery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review our Returns and Refund Policy below for more information on how to return products and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products for a refund or exchange if:
- The product is in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The product is returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The product is not marked as "Sale", "Final Sale", or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved items, customized accessories).
- Items purchased with a gift card or through special promotions.
- Items marked as "Sale", "Final Sale", or "Non-Refundable" during the purchase process.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at dfgeek@magicgeekery.com with your order number and a description of the item you wish to return. You may also use our Return Request Form on the website (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please include this RA number with your return.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us.
- Condition of Item: Returned items must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or that have been altered will not be accepted for return.
4. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive the refund via the same method of payment you used for the original purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
We are happy to help you exchange products if you received the wrong item or if the item is *damaged/defective. If you wish to exchange an item for another product:
- Return the original item as described above.
- Place a new order for the exchange item on our website.
*Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
